2. Complete the documents and return with the non-refundable application fee ($50 per person) for review.

3. You will receive confirmation that we have received your application and information on the availability of your preference of residence.
Not planning on moving right away?
You are welcome to fill out an application and remain on our waiting list even if you aren’t planning on retirement living right away. With your application turned in, you will have choice of available residences when you are ready. All it takes is a simple phone call to let us know your timeframe and residence preference.
